                            - Power consumption is a limiting factor for the organic light emitting transistors (OLETs) in real-world applications. In this study, low power consuming and semi-transparent see-through OLETs for see-through display applications were demonstrated. This was achieved at low temperature <100 ◦C which makes this technology compatible with plastic and biomaterials and lowers their carbon footprint. The OLET exhibits highest reported charge carrier mobility, ON/OFF ratios with remarkable recombination efficiency of 52%. This is the first time we see the possibility of both see-through and low-power LEFET pixels which made this article the most downloaded in Advanced Optical Materials in May 2016.
