- Double-weighted statement
- In this long book, as indicated on the title page, the Introduction (72 printed pages), the Translation and the Textual Notes were written by myself alone (total of 96 printed pages in full). In the Commentary section, comprising the remaining 252 printed pages, I was able to draw on the notes of the late David M. Hay (accounting for approximately 15% of the final work) so my contribution was 85% of the substance of this part. The entire work, including the bibliography and all editorial processes, was my responsibility exclusively.
