The significance of this research is evidenced by its impact on both academics and industries, e.g., e-commerce recommendation (Yu, University of Illinois at Chicago), extraction of product attributes (Bing, CMU; Lam, CUHK), delivering personalised ads to email users (Yahoo Research Labs, USA) and influence maximisation (Xerox Research Centre, India).
