- This long-term online project makes available information about hoards of all coinages in use in the Roman Empire during the period 30 BC to AD 400, whether found inside or outside the Roman Empire, from Scotland to India. It involves coordinating a network of 48 international institutions from 25 countries. 17 graduate students from seven countries have been involved so far. The project also organises conferences with published proceedings. 15,000 hoards and single gold coins, containing over five million coins, are online so far. I am lead director, define vision, and actively manage all staff, collaborations, and IT developments.
