- This output is a book of 274 pages, for which Anderson is sole author. It arises from original research on African Pentecostalism, undertaken over a period of three years but drawing on earlier fieldwork also. The range of primary sources is extensive, including hundreds of interviews and survey questionnaires. The underlying dataset consists of recordings of interviews and focus groups undertaken in South Africa. As an extended study of the subject material, the book took 15 months to write. It draws on several smaller outputs, some of which have been published as articles elsewhere.
