                            - International collaboration based on the outcomes from two European Commission grants for which Hall (SpineFx, Grant agreement ID: 238690, €3M) and Persson, Uppsala (SpineGO, Grant agreement ID: 268134) were principal investigators. The outcome demonstrated that reduced modulus cements can be used as well as standard cements for vertebroplasty. This activity has become a part of a larger international effort that has produced further international collaboration with Uppsala University including European Commission LifeLongJoints (€18.3M, lifelongjoints.eu, 15 partners, Grant agreement ID: 310477) and Nu-Spine (€4.3M, nu-spine.eu, five partners, Grant agreement ID: 812765).
