                            - This paper demonstrates Sb and Na doping via a solution-processing route for Cu2ZnSnS4 solar cells, resulting in low Sn-disorder and one of the highest reported open-circuit voltage. The paper was highlighted in ChemInform (DOI: 10.1002/chin.201641011) and featured in an interview ‘Kesterite solar cells get ready to shine’, Chemical & Engineering News (2018 vol96 p15-18). Solution doping is one of the strategic routes further explored in “Solution-processed inorganic Thin-Film photovoltaic devices)” (EP/V008692/1, EP/V008676/1 and EP/V013858/1, total £1.97M).Results were presented at invited talks including: Advances in Photovoltaics (Institute of Physics 2017) and the 10th Kesterite+ workshop (Uppsala University 2019).
