- Double-weighted statement
- This substantial book represented focused work undertaken over 5 years and involving a lifetime of the author's research in museums, libraries, art galleries, archives, archaeological depositories in the UK, Europe, USA, Egypt and Israel-Palestine. The resulting study takes in 2000 years of history and representation, and has been reviewed in numerous high ranking academic journals as a major piece of groundbreaking research, integrating the study of literature, art, material objects and even bodily remains in a very wide-ranging yet focused exploration that presented a radical revision of previous concepts. It has already had significant international impacts.
