- Currently, Durham University is the only UK contributor of the Rainfall statistics to the ITU data base and further data were submitted to the Study Group 3 meeting in August 2020. The inappropriate application of the distance factor for short links has been submitted to the ITU Study group 3 meeting as an information document and has been documented to follow in order to investigate its suitability and any necessary modifications of recommendation ITU-R P.530-17.
